PAYMENT TERMS:

Payments are accepted in US dollars.We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard, as well as payments through PayPal. For your security and privacy protection ALL credit card information is transmitted over a verified THAWTE protected secure server and SSL Connection. If you do not have a Paypal account you can sign up for one upon checkout or you can sign up now. It does not cost anything to sign up and there are no fees involved if you are using Paypal to make a purchase. If you use the pay by bank account feature on PayPal please note that it takes about 4 business days for the funds to transfer from your bank account to PayPal. Payments can also be made by personal check, money orders or cashiers checks. Purchases made by these methods are subject to be held until payments clear. Check or Money Orders need to be written to Luanne Reilly Oda. If you write them to Nanalulus Linens, they will need to be returned to you and cause a delay in your shipment.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You only have to pay sales tax if your purchase is mailed to NY state as that is the location of our business. NY state requires sales tax be collected on the mailing costs as well. Sorry we have no control over state regulations.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders.  The merchant name shown n your credit card bill will be Luanne Reilly Oda, NOT Nanalulus Linens and Handkerchiefs. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  All of our credit sales are captured at midnight each night. Banks vary, but should appear on your account within 24 hours. Any questions please contact customer service
