Just so sweet for baby’s baptism, Christening, dedication service. This precious little bonnet is made from a beautiful white handkerchief that has drawnwork crosses and trim. When folded into the bonnet there is a cross on either side. When opened as a bridal hankie there are four crosses. This particular bonnet style has a straight edge to it to be more appropriate for a baby boy. "On the day he should marry, This will be the "something old" for his joyful bride to carry" is part of the poem that is included with the bonnet. Bonnet ties with white satin ribbons, and is adjustable on the back for a bit of size variation.
