ADORABLE Aqua Gingham Smocked Waist Vintage Apron W/ Pink

I don’t think pictures do justice to this sweet vintage ladies apron. The style is really cute with a smocked "V" waistline and a rounded shape - Very flattering. Larger gingham checkered fabric is a cottage aqua color and the smocking is done with pink. Added to the waistband, top of pocket and hemline is white ric-rac stitched with the pink thread also. Darling addition to any vintage apron or kitchen textiles collection. pretty hostess apron!

The smocking measures about 9" deep from the waist to the point of the "V". The apron measures about 20.5" long from the top of the waist to the bottom of the hem. The waist measures about 15" across with each apron tie measuring about 23" long. Apron is in very gently used condition. I saw 2 very small spot on one apron string while ironing. No other damage.
