Oh so romantic..vintage Valentine postcards. One postally used and the postmark appears to be 1909 or 1919 rather hard to see. This postcard is entitled moonlight Sonatas and is copyrighted 1908 by RSS Meeker NY. Lady in a daring red dress with a red rose leans over to kiss gentleman in a tux. Shining Mr. Moonlight looks on with a cigar in his mouth! Someone has written on the moon itself," It is to bad the moon is schining" (spelling theirs).
The second card shows a rather southern belle looking lady leaning back to kiss her man. Says in red "To my Valentine" Has been addressed but not mailed.
Vintage Valentine cards show normal wear for their age, if there are any specific problems they will be pointed out.
