According to the book Collecting Handkerchiefs,"perhaps the most unusual type of handkerchief is the round.
Produced briefly in the 1940’s and into the 1950’s, the shape wasn’t very popular at the time. It is however,
popular with present-day collectors who love to find these uniquely shaped hankies."

Gorgeous purple and lavender shaded roses are the design on this lovely vintage round ladies handkerchief. In Victorian times lavender roses signified love at first sight! Hankie has a large fluffy rose in the center, and a single row of the roses frame the hankie’s edge. The leaves are more of an aqua blue green color. Handkerchief measures about 13" across and is in excellent vintage condition.
