According to the book Collecting Handkerchiefs,"perhaps the most unusual type of handkerchief is the round. Produced briefly in the 1940’s and into the 1950’s, the shape wasn’t very popular at the time. It is however, popular with present-day collectors who love to find these uniquely shaped hankies."
This pretty round hankie has purple and lavender shaded carnations all around the scalloped edge and a large single carnation in the center. Sweet gift for any friend, or hankie collector. Measures about 13" across. This one would make a darling doily as well, or beautiful framed. Excellent vintage condition with no damage. Be sure to view these hankies & more!
