A vintage ladies Valentine embroidered handkerchief, originally purchased fro Penneys Dept. Store. I would assume this is from around the 1950’s-1960’s. The price tag is for .39¢, I know it’s been a long while since any were that price! Pristine white hankie measures about 15" square. The embroidery work is a full 8" long. There are streaming white roses with red hearts intertwined among them. Original gold label reads ALL COTTON Made in Switzerland. Price tag reads: Penneys .39¢
