The fine almost sheer batiste Swiss cotton is a fine quality fabric. Embroidered in the four corners are dainty little sprays of lily of the valley flowers. The hankie has a one inch wide net lace trim. The lace trim has a floral design on it. The Swiss have long been know for their beautiful lace techniques and embroidery work. Hankie measures about 10" square and retains the original gold foil label. All Cotton, Made in Switzerland. It is a long standing tradition for a bride to carry a pretty hankie on her wedding day.
