This beauty is quality soft linen made by Lady Heritage. Lady Heritage hankies were often Madeira or Irish linen, the label does not say either. The design is so pretty and feminine. There are drawnwork rows that frame the corner. The fancy script initial F is centered in a bell shaped design with appliqued flowers. The top of the bell shape has would be a cap to the bell with a heart shape. Unique and lovely design. The bell shape & heart motif make this an ideal handkerchief for any bride to be. The perfect "something old" for the wedding day. Sorry the photos give a pinkish overcast. Hankie is linen white in color, and measures about 12’ square. Original lady heritage label attached, no damage.
