Script initial F is done in a gray satin stitch. Lots of little French dots surround the letter. Reverse embroidered, and appliqued flowers with cutwork trim the hankies corner. Nice line fabric, likely Madeira made, but no longer has any labels. Hankie measures about 12.5" square and is in very nice vintage condition with no damage. Great gift for Frances, Felicity, or Mrs. Franklin.
